Fiorello Spinach Stuffed Shells


Serves 10

1  12oz Pkg Jumbo Macaroni shells
2   9oz Pkgs Frozen creamed spinach in pouch
1  15oz container ricotta cheese
1   8oz Pkg shredded mozzarello cheese
1   Tsp salt
1/4 Tsp Pepper
1/2 LB  Ground Beef
1  32oz Jar Spaghetti sauce (or your own sauce)

About 1 1/2 hours before serving --

Prepare macaroni shells as label directs - drain well. 
Cook spinach as directed - open into a large bowl and cool slightly.
Stir in ricatta cheese, mozzarella, salt and pepper.
Stuff each shell with a tablespoon of mixture.
Arrange in large pan or individual casseroles (4 shells per portion)

In 10 inch skillet, over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned,
stirring frequently.  Stir in spaghetti sauce.  Spoon sauce over shells,
cover with foil. Bake shells in 350 F oven - 30 minutes or until bubbly.

Shells maybe frozen for 3 months.  About 1 hour before serving,
preheat oven to 350 F. Bake frozen, covered shells about 50 minutes
or until bubbly.
