Porkloin and brown sauce

Cook a Boar's Head marinated porkloin according to directions

Serve with the following sauce

Brown Sauce

2.00 T cornstarch
0.75 tsp ground ginger
1.50 C canned chicken broth
1.50 T dry sherry
0.50 tsp browning-and-seasoning sauce


Combine all ingredients in a heavy saucepan.  Bring to a boil over medium
heat; boil 1 minute, stirring constantly.  Yield:  1.50 cups.
