3 inch cucumbers (enough to fill jar) 6 fresh dill spears (5 plus enough to top off jar) 1 garlic clove (cut in pieces) 2 red peppers (dry) 2 tablespoons canning salt 1/2 teaspoon pickling spicesPut some dill in bottom of the jar with 1/4 tsp pickling spices and cram in the cukes. Force 5 dill sticks and the 2 peppers along the sides. Put the head of dill on top. Put garlic and 1/4 tsp of pickling spices on top. Put pickling salt on top. Fill to 1/4 inch from top with spring water. Set on paper towels on the kitchen counter for one week. Enjoy!!
