1 C butter 1/2 C powdered sugar (sifted) 2 1/3 C flour 1 t almond flavoring 1 C pecans (finely chopped) Knead all ingredients. Make bars about as big as your third finger (that would be a ladies finger, ha) but shorter. Bake slowly in a 325 or 350 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar while still warm.
