1 1/2 lb stew beef
1 onion (quartered)
4 carrots (cut inch long then halved)
4 raw potatoes (quartered)
1 can cream of mushroom
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 parsley sprig
Mix everything in a large bowl (yeah, it's gross looking).
Pour into crock pot and cook on high for 31/2 hours.
Or you can bake it in a dutch oven at 250°F for 5 or 6 hours.
