I just photocopied it, so if enough people are interested, it *could* 
be scanned in and e-mailed.  It's also short enough so that it could 
be sent by ordinary mail.  Problem is copyright. I don't make fetish 
of respecting, but which I do respect, especially after noting the 
effort people like our late friend, Wayne Daniels put into writing 
such articles.
